Return Policies

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS & REFUNDS :

  1. For broken or damaged products, an unboxing video recorded at the time of opening the parcel is mandatory for claim approval.
  2. Condition of the Product: Product must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. 
  3. Color Variations: If a product has no color options, HaulJunction reserves the right to dispatch the best-selling.
  4. Wrong Item Delivered: If you receive an incorrect product, we will exchange it immediately at no additional charge on you.

If Customer Did Not Like The Product:

 If  the customer did not like the product, the following conditions apply.

The product must remain unused and in original packaging.

The customer must send the product back to our warehouse at their own expense.

Once we receive the product, we will inspect it and process an interbank refund transfer accordingly.

Note: Returns for reasons other than damage or defect (such as change of mind or dislike) are accepted only for non-discounted items within 15 days of delivery.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Return & Refund Policy for Sale/Discounted Items:

Please note that sale/discounted items (including products with compare-at prices) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in cases where the item arrives damaged or defective. In such cases, eligible refunds will be issued as a HaulJunction gift card for orders below ₨10,000, or as a bank transfer for orders above ₨10,000.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, refunds will be processed as follows:

  • For amounts below 10,000 PKR: The refund will be issued as a gift card for use on our website.
  • For amounts above 10,000 PKR: The refund will be deposited directly to your bank account within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us
